That area is a haven for targets. They park on Redwood Road near the utility box and then go up Campus and then walk into Leona Canyon where the tag the retaining wall and even the old Oak trees. Yes I have seen them and smelled the aerosol paint whispering up to Campus. I have wanted to confront them but I thought wiser.
