Opis

The Hanover constructiin company has been blocking Valdez st. (between 24th and 27th St) without encroachment permit. They even did not allow us to get in and out of our private parking at 2409 Valdez St. I had to get into violent verbal fight with them a couple times. Please straighten out the situation. Thanks!
