This graffiti is on TWO ENTIRE WALLS of space cut into the hill. The property has been empty after a fire burned the house down many decades ago. This was the outline of a garage space. VANDALS actively maintain the graffiti and return time and again and the owners RARELY respond unless the City forces them to. Many, many complaints have been filed but the city just keeps kicking the can down the street (delay, delay, delay). THIS OFFENSIVE, BLIGHTED PROPERTY IS A DETRIMENT TO OUR NEIGHBORHO0D AND PROPERTY VALUES. Please continue to act to force cleanups!!!
