Will OAK311 contact the owner of the vehicle and ticket them? In this type of situation, how does it work? We love our neighborhood and this should not be a dumping ground for trash. How sad.

There has been an huge increase of dumping on Outlook the last few weeks! We keep reporting it, and the city keeps picking it up. These people need to be held accountable. Our streets are not their garage dumpster!
