Beschreibung

Small silver gold Accord type car. Consistently parks in the red zone on E 21st on front of an abandoned liquor store. It frequently boxes in cars parked in front of the (parked legally) making it hard to move vehicles. It's parking in the red almost nightly and simply not being ticketed. It often moves by 9am- please come and ticket them so they stop parking there!
