This situation is getting worse. Children are running down this hill to catch the bus. During the summer months children rode their bikes down the hill which is dangerous if they swerve to miss a car and go to the sidewalk they will be seriously injured if not killed . Remove the concrete or fix it but something need to be done now. 5 years of complaints is too long.
