The traffic signal at the intersection of Park Blvd. and Grosvenor Pl. is not timed properly on Thursday mornings - this was reported previously and then closed, but it has NOT been corrected. The downhill traffic through the intersection (on Park Blvd.) has about 5 seconds of a green light, rather than the normal 15-20 seconds on other weekday mornings. This causes serious backups on Park Blvd. during commute hours.
