Description

The newly added (unfinished) asphalt gutter is causing us property damage. It ends abruptly in front of our house and drains the entire block’s water down the hill and down our pathway where it pools in front of our door. This caused flooding with the last rains! Please fix this and finish the gutter before it causes additional property damage. We originally had a gutter that ended at the storm drain. This gutter is incomplete and has not been restored to its original state, before the road was torn out for sewer repairs.
