Description

Signal phasing needs to be changed. There needs to be a dedicated left turn light in either direction of West Grand Ave. AC transit buses get stuck in the median trying to make a turn here, and so do private vehicles. One direction should get a green straight and green left turn at both successive light, then the same in the other direction. Otherwise, everyone gets jammed up.
