This should have been called into public safety 203 946-6316, then posted to alert others and to have a record it was called in. If this wire is touching a live wire or if a car hits it can cause an injury. This site is not monitor by the city 24/7 especially on the weekends and after hours. Some departments like the police for the most part do not monitor this site. For those who are tired of reading this trust me I do not enjoy posting this.
