Thank you for your quick reply. If you are referring to a traffic signal, there does not appear to be a traffic signal at 1311 Excelsior. If you are referring to a street light pole, is the problem that the mast arm (light attachment) on the pole is bent? If you are referring to a "stop" sign, there does not appear to be a "stop" sign at this location. Please verify the location and provide additional information regarding the problem you are reporting. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
