Description
When trying to cross Park access Excelsior towards Grosvenor, its impossible to cross. Cars are always going through. There is no way for pedestrians to cross safely. The pedestrian sign is only green for a second and then starts blinking. Its been that way for seventeen years. I was almost killed the other day. My friend won't even cross it because its too dangerous.

I don't like this crossing either.
Good news. No beg button. The walk sign just turns on.
Bad news, the 2 halves of the crosswalk have a independent signals. I can cross from Grosvenor to the median. Then I have to wait in the center median until the second half allows crossing.
If a person is alone, the experience is disturbing. If a family is crossing, there may not be room in the median for everyone.
With a nearby Orthodox synagogue, many families want to cross Park Blvd
