Harper Ave Park needs to be cut, two weeks ago my neighbor and myself took our personal lawn mowers and damaged them cutting the grass which was over 3 feet high. I've asked if you the Parks Department could finish cutting the rest of the park and you have neglected to do so. As a taxpayers we deserve not to be placed in tier 3 which is the last to be cut in this city and make us important.

As of today the grass is back high again and I'm pretty sure all neighborhood parks looks the same as West Hills or not.
