If there is no law prohibiting the parking of a vehicle for that period of time, and the vehicle is properly registered, and if it does not show any telltale signs of being stolen, its wack to report this.
Y'all be tryin' to make people's lives hard simply because you feel inconvenienced by a normally parked car. Of course, these reports are always anonymous.
