Traffic congestion on Redwood Road south bound between north temple and I-80. The traffic in the afternoon backups through south temple and prevents cars from south temple trying to turn on south bound redwood from entering the intersection. I believe that adjustments to the traffic signals would help alleviate the problem. Perhaps a turn arrow on south temple might help. Most to the cars turning left on south temple are trying to access west bound I-80 but the cars leaving the Luv's truck stop block that right hand lane access.
