Description

Trash (green cart) has not been picked up for 2 cycles now. I’ve called every day since the first missed pickup. I’ve left messages and 3 times spoke with a person. Once they said they would come last Saturday. Another time they said they’d come this past Monday. Yesterday (Wednesday) they said they would come today and still nothing.

How do we get to someone who can fix the problem? This is bordering on the absurd.
