OAK not Emeryville. This tree branch was trimmed and has sharp points low enough that anyone can walk into it. The main branch of the trunk is split and the branch was blocking the sidewalk a week or 2 ago. Someone trimmed the branches away (not sure if it was public works or a citizen) but whoever did has 0 common sense! These are SHARP - I cut my head open today when my dog yanked me towards it! I'm 5'10 and these sharp ends are at the height of my head! Trim the main branch off the tree NOW before someone gets more than a gash on their head.
