Descrizione

There is rebar on the street; I ran over it and now have a flat tire; tire is damaged. The road sign was not visible. Now city employees have a arrived and taken a picture of the road sign and my car. They also took away the rebar. Please return my call regarding this matter. I can be reached at 510 640 2095. Who do I charge for the replacement of my tire?
