Yeah, I mentioned that on my report. They had high grass and this trash all over behind the garage. They at least mowed the property but they didn't do a thing about the trash. I have seen RMS over there. Why didn't they take care of this?

What does that mean the city abated the property? This is important to me since I live next door. I notice that RMS has started to take care of it and now there is a for rent sign out front.

Stay on them Chad! Let RMS know you it's unacceptable to live next to poorly maintained property. I have politely but firmly had to let a former property owner next door to me know that I would have him cited on every violation on his property and also that I would call the police day or night if there was a significant safety concern (like someone trying to break into his vacant property).
