Someone had pried off the cover. I made a right hand turn from park blvd onto Brighton. Since it was a downhill, I could not see it. The pried off piece flipped into the drivers side wheel well and caused significant damage to my car. I have noticed some work crews working on the park blvd median strip. I would like to report the problem and compensation for the damage to my car.
