Hmm looks like Harris and Alden? This actually works a lot better. No one on Fountain needs to stop for anything and motorists on the side streets can just pull out. Maybe this an intentional workaround for a failed intersection for more than 20 years. I like it.

Very dangerous for pedestrians since the walk lights are not working either.

This is a difficult and scary intersection for pedestrians to cross without a dedicated cycle.

The red light flashing is also out on the right facing south is also out

It was fixed yesterday morning but by the afternoon it was flashing again. Still flashing this morning.
