whomever requires parking in the neighborhood would only park somewhere else close by. Painting the curb red only limits the amount of parking by everyone in the neighborhood. Parking is already compromised due to the times we live in, and painting the curb and taking away more parking only adversely affects everyone. This is not how we neighborly and get along. Please rethink your position, it may be you or a friend that needs to find parking one day.

I apologize if my request to the City came across as unneighborly. That was not my intention at all. I understand parking can be an issue in this neighborhood. My concern is with safety. When a car is parked right up to that corner it negatively effects visibility, in my experience. That is why I made the request. I understand you may have a different opinion.
