Description

Not sure if they are owned by the city or the condo association at the end of Warren St., but it seems that the 3-4 spotlights on the parking lot have gotten brighter.

These lights were already keeping the entire block lit as if it is daytime, but now they are even brighter- to the point of being relatively blinding.

How can we reduce the light output or get rid of these highly unnecessary spotlights? I should not have turn away from certain angles put my window because I am blinded by a spotlight over 300ft away.
