Dangerous Open Pipe Hole at the entrance of Oxford Chase subdivision. In the grassy area to the right of entrance road. It's close to some DeKalb Co water utilities so not sure if open pipe is Dunwoody or DeKalb Co responsibility. My son almost stepped into this open pipe walking to sidewalk.
