I agree w/u, and it seems to happen at any traffic light lately, Yellow use to mean caution, slow down, now it seems to mean step on it go thru the light even w
hen it turns red.
I have this issue frequently, especially at 14th (because that's where I cross). It can be hard to see whether the light's turned, for a pedestrian, there's no crosswalk there, and more than once I've started across WITH MY CHILDREN, only to have to jump back due to drivers ignoring the lights.
I laugh when they run the one at 14th and get stuck at it at 15th, though, since they seem to be in sync ... xD
Same problem at Brunswick and Congress. During rush hour, people heading east completely ignore the light and/or block the intersection with complete disregard to traffic from Brunswick.
