Description

There is very bad street deterioration exactly at the entrance to merge left to go into the Webster tunnel under the 880 coming from Fifth St. The deterioration is very bad and very distracting for other drivers as 2 lanes of traffic are forced to merge into one road quickly as there is no space to. The deteriorated road slams cars and pedestrians walk there as well, making it unsafe for them as well.
