Description
I not sure if I understand how the city code enforcement works but it seems to me that if code enforcement officer James Nielsen went to this site he would have seen the huge homeless encampment. It said the case was closed on the 30th of September. It also states that he has visited the site twice but there is only has become more trash and more homeless people. More drug deals, cars being worked on in front of their claimed dirt. Whoever owns that property is responsible to clear out or maintain their property they should be cited for the violation. A fence should be reinstalled across the face of that property to close it off. They've got very comfortable at this spot they have chairs, a table. I saw some free beds up the street I would not be surprised if they put those in there too. The place is trashed it needs to be cleaned out. It's been 2 months now.

First the need to find the owners of the parcel. Code enforcement can’t just evict people from the location without the owners permission. Everything takes time and can be frustrating for everyone. If you want the status contact them and ask.
I don’t work for the city by the way. On one of the previous complaints you posted they gave the parcel number for you to reference. The address you give isn’t going to help.
