Street not graded properly causing standing water after every rain and subsequently mosquitos etc. The sewer drain is circled in red and obviously water is not draining eastbound to drain. Previously told by 311 this is property owner responsibility?? So does that mean I can freely take a sledge hammer to the city street?? 🤔
