I talked with a Caltrans supervisor to due the class action law against the State DOT. The eviction notices which has to be for each illegal camper they have to also post the 1 800 number for class action if campers want to join the suit. The state may be required to inventory what ever the campers leave behind and place in storage for up to 5 years. This is all at the tax payer expense. Its going from bad to worse.

@City of Oakland- The "merged" request that you have linked is for an unrelated issue at the wrong address. Is this actually being actioned upon? This issue has been flagged multiple times over the last week. Our neighborhood underwent a year of unusable lakeside access due to these costly "improvements", and they are immediately being rendered unusable with situations like this that are not being addressed.

I have now commented the same thing on multiple posts - the merged requests are incorrect and need to be de-coupled, as the comment above also expresses. Please help us keep the lake clean.
