I actually went out to the address and saw the chard remains. Its still between the city and property owner. We requested it to at least be fenced up, but that doesn't stop the vagrancy.

So basically Midtown Mgmt can’t enforce any building and structure violations on abandon property? What is being done about this beside logging the issue? There had been fire and structural damage that seems grave for the folk living around there ...

Texas Citizens Bank, the owners of the duplexes on Stuart, one of which caught on fire is in the process of negotiating a sale of those two buildings to a cash buyer. That buyer, should the deal proceed, will secure the property by fencing or by boarding the building. Thanks,
