I don’t understand how the sidewalk can be blocked without any signs. People are walking in the street. A women was injured be a falling brick from this property that was not been maintained as it should be. Scaffolding protection was put up. Where repairs made? If so why is the sidewalk blocked. Does the city even know if pedestrian safety measures were removed? It’s is incredibly dangerous without signs and even more so if the repairs were not made
