A really bad road patch was recently done on the west side of River St near the intersection of Chapel right outside the storage centers leasing office immediately adjacent to the yellow hydrant. The issue is a large square a few feet on each side with a significant depression. If this was contractors doing a bad job is there a way to cross reference call before you dig records and hold them accountable for remediation?
