Capital Holiday lights ended 2.5 hours ago but the large lit sign at Willett and Madison continues shining into residential windows all night long and confusing traffic with it's "enter here." Drivers don't know what it refers to. At minimum, turn off the sign by 10pm when the display closes! It's the least PAL can do with all the other neighborhood issues caused by this display including the annual damage to the park.
