Description

Homeless encampment on both sides of the street on Sycamore crossing the highway. The pavement is unwalkable and trash is everywhere on the sidewalk. Walking through this street means having to go onto a busy street increasing risks for accidents. Sidewalk needs to be free enough for walking without creating hazards!
