Why would there be? There is only a new school nearby and kids walking there every day. Its great that they get to see an abandoned trailer at the end of Eagle and Mechanic that has been there for ten years, too. It teaches them about real life in the city. (Pause for heavy sarcasm). Seriously, Eagle Street is neglected. The City needs to step it up. I'm tired of calling LCI and never having our district coordinator pick up the phone. Ever. Every single time I have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

The sidewalks on Mechanic and Eagle need to be redone! The neighbors here have done a lot of work this summer to clean up and plant trees. Yet the sidewalks are impassable. Time for the city and LCI to step up. Crack down on all this illegal dumping while you are at it.
