  So even the Fire Dept can’t get any response from OPD about the ever growing mountain of stuff which has been taking up the road for the past year? I reported this almost two years ago when the RV owner began putting cones into the street. Why does this city allow such craziness free rein until the cleanup will cost as much as housing an individual.
