Description

IT IS 5 MONTHS AND TRUCK IS STILL PARKED ON CHATHAM RD. FILLED WITH FIRE HAZARD DUMP STUFF. NOW OTHERS ARE USING IT FOR DUMPING WASTE. TRUCK IS SLOWING FILLING UP WITH TRASH. IS THIS SOME SORT OF TEST!
