Description

This Pothole was made when PG&E was working on San Leandro Blvd and 98th Avenue, it has been in place for a long time. Vehicles are force to stop making any other vehicle behind hit the breaks, this causes a congestion when crossing 98th ave north Bound on San Leandro Blvd.
