National Grid has been working on this section of ferry street(where Harvard st, Boylston open). This street patches are complete hack work. These patches are not level and sit over an inch below grade. Why doesn’t the city hold contractors and companies responsible for this hack work that is being done in this city. Send a city clerk out to do his job. I work in construction and this is laughable at what contractors get away with for these city projects.
