Description

Dead city tree at the end of my driveway on Ridge Road. The deterioration is getting worse and the tree is soon to be a safety hazard on Ridge Road if it falls. This problem has been reported for three years with no action. All the limbs have fallen off. Now the trunk is about to fall. This problem requires immediate attention.
