the amount of litter and trash scattered along the side of the road easement on the property of the cemetery on Blake Street has really grown to be ridiculously large amounts.I think it’s time that the cemetery takes ownership for the property and the property surrounding the sidewalk and curb of the cemetery. We as Homeowners are responsible for the curb easement of our properties, it’s time that they take ownership of theirs. It’s a disgusting mess
