The City staff said that they could tell exactly where the water should go and wouldn't know until,Landmark repairs the area in front of the American Towers cell tower.

The problem is not supposed to be fixed until the landmarks project the standard is completed. The city staff said they would look into the matter after the standard is open. So do not close this ticket until at least September 2020.

Landmark has not done their sidewalks and curbs.
Please keep open until their work is completed.
