Dark blue, very beat up and rusty Toyota Corolla with 6-month past EXPIRED registration was dumped here 7 days ago and has not moved since. Also, it’s wheels are illegally curved into the street at the very top of a steep, residential hill, creating a dangerous situation. It does NOT belong to a resident or guest of 75th Avenue.
