Descripción

There is a soft spot in the road where it was recently repaired. The asphalt is buckling and soft. It actually sinks when it is walked on. The repaired section about 7 sq ft, and is directly in front of the community pool at Whittier Parkway and Stauffer Road on the Westbound side of the road.
