Has this been fixed yet? No? How come?
Probably not very pleasant living next to this property. If only there was a city department that is tasked to handle this blight. You could even create an app that the community could see garbage, click on the app, and then it would alert the city to fix the problem.
Oh well, I guess we will never know...
