This is becoming a numbers game.
OAK311 "closes" falsely and opens a new request so it looks good for them but we see no cleaning on the streets.
Probably a poorly set up system but it doesn't work for us and makes OAK311 look bad.

This is ridiculous. If the city can't move the people at least clean up the trash.
