Description

Raw, the juice bar, has bags of trash and recycling on the sidewalk. It's 2 in the afternoon and not trash day. This is by far not the first time this address has put trash out at times and days that are not appropriate. Please clarify for this business what the trash ordinance is and that they need to follow it. Their trash bags aren't even in trash cans which will result in animals tearing into them and strewing them all over this weekend.
