The Hertz, Enterprise, and Master Auto Group businesses on this section of Capital Boulevard routinely park their vehicles for rent or sale on top of the sidewalk along Capital Boulevard blocking access to pedestrians and bicyclists. It seems to be the worst after the end of regular business hours. I took a picture from Google Streetview but it's like that almost every time I am out there.
