I have made contact with the NHPD Asst. Chief of Operations. We will work together to address this issue. In addition to a noise complaint and quality of life matter, there have been significant fires started in New haven by fireworks.

I'm surprised there is not more uproar over this. When the shooting range was over by Southern there was tons of complaints by neighbors. Every night sounds like someone is exploding military quality ordinance. Scares our dog and disrupts our sleep.

Just curious whether anyone at NHPD is paying attention to this. Last night again loud booms and rockets just as we were going to bed at about 10:30. What is wrong with these people? Absolutely no consideration for any one else. It really is beginning to feel like a city out of control; constant screaming motor cycles winding out on the Boulevard and Whalley; incredibly loud music blasting from cars and Harley Hogs; cars passing at high rates of speed on both the left and right.... I could go on.

The police may be hesitate to enforce minor laws because what has been happening lately.. Can you image what it will be like if they are ever defunded?.
