The park’s streets are still in need of some regular street sweeping. It would be great if the city and public works could coordinate their regular residential street sweeping cleanups and make a pass through Edgewood Park.

How are we doing on getting this issue accomplished ?

It's also the main roads, especially on Chapel. I emailed the Parks Director on several occasions but still haven't heard back.

Sadly this issue has not been given any attention. The streets in the area have been swept during the time that this request was posted. The problem of debris on the streets within the park continue to exist without any movement towards a solution. Please SeCluckFix users, make your voices heard. Call the alder Adam Marchand and the parks department to get this accomplished. Volunteer groups can only accomplish so muc. We need support from city officials.

Although both the Alder Adam Marchand and the DPW stated it was slated to be done last Monday, I have not noticed that it was completed. Please advise as to when this will be done.

Happily the work was completed recently. Many thanks to the NHDPW and FOEP along with Adam Marchand who persisted in coordinating to get this accomplished. The park is a jewel in our city and needs the attention of our city services and volunteers to keep it that way. Hopefully it will be added as a yearly task so that we can all continue to enjoy this beautiful park.
